“I was really dreading calling customer care at Sharp because of previous experiences with other health care customer services. I was pleasantly surprised. I called regarding a bill for an ambulance ride I had back in March. Ana took the call. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she went above and beyond and called the debt collection company that the ambulance company had contracted regarding my failure to pay.
